Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate market coverage to attract new clients while managing existing relationships.
  • Lead, manage, train, and motivate subordinates to achieve Deposit, Lending, Trade, and cross-sell targets.
  • Ensure adherence to bank policies and CBSL regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate from a recognized university with full qualification in Banking.
  • Strong written, oral communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach staff for high customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask.
  • Self-driven individual and motivator.
  • Good knowledge of modern bank management techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with industry rules and regulations.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Preference for applicants residing in and around Kandy and suburbs.
