Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy renewals, claims, and other requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
