Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with service and spare parts teams to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.
- Handle customer orders and requirements in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure proper showroom management.
- Work closely with customers to build strong relationships and ensure timely payment collection.
Job Requirements
- Passed G.C.E. A/L or obtained a professional qualification from a reputed institution such as CIM or SLIM (an added advantage).
- Fluency in both Sinhala and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of spare parts will be considered an added advantage.
- Valid riding license is required.
- Age: 25-45.
