Job Role
- Identify & engage potential customers to generate new sales opportunities and expand the client base.
- Build & nurture strong relationships with existing & prospective clients.
- Consistently meet & exceed sales targets contributing directly to company revenue & growth.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Manage end-to-end sales operations including order processing, delivery & payments.
- Gather and analyze customer and market insights to support strategic decision making.
- Maintain accurate sales records.
Requirements
- A friendly personality with excellent verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala. Tamil is a plus.
- Passionate about work and willing to work beyond standard hours.
- A positive thinking, honest, reliable & loyal team player.
- Age between 25 – 40 years.
- Sound knowledge in MS Office, PowerPoint & email.
- Minimum A level qualified with 2 years experience in the sales field.
- Should possess a valid driving license.
