A well-established tea export company located in Colombo is looking for a self- and results-oriented individual to fill the above vacancy. We are seeking a young dynamic leader to assist the Board of Directors of one of Sri Lanka's largest tea exporters in driving change across the firm in line with its 3-year strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Board of Directors in executing the company's 3-year strategic plan across departments.
- Track progress and provide regular updates on key milestones and performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and help implement change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with leadership teams to support cultural transformation and modernization efforts.
- Act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and senior management to ensure alignment of goals and execution.
- Foster strong relationships across departments to promote collaboration and accountability.
- Perform industry and market research to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for board and executive meetings.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure project success.

Salary
