A well-established tea export company located in Colombo is looking for a self- and results-oriented individual to fill the above vacancy. We are seeking a young dynamic leader to assist the Board of Directors of one of Sri Lanka's largest tea exporters in driving change across the firm in line with its 3-year strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Board of Directors in executing the company's 3-year strategic plan across departments.
  • Track progress and provide regular updates on key milestones and performance metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and help implement change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to support cultural transformation and modernization efforts.
  • Act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and senior management to ensure alignment of goals and execution.
  • Foster strong relationships across departments to promote collaboration and accountability.
  • Perform industry and market research to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for board and executive meetings.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure project success.

Salary
