Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent service
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Process returns, exchanges, and payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with stocking shelves and store upkeep as needed
Qualifications:
- Advanced Level and Certificate level relevant qualifications
- Handle Customer Inquiries over the phone is an added advantage
- Previous cashier or customer service experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team spirit
