Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Indian dishes to the highest standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development.
- Ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of various Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certification in culinary arts is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
