Amaran Aesthetic Medical Cosmetic & Laser Center is seeking a dedicated and friendly Client Relations Executive to join our team in Colombo. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional client experiences and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients in understanding our services and products, providing tailored recommendations.
- Coordinate appointments and follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage client feedback effectively.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract new clients.
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred.
- Proven experience in client relations or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
