Client Services Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound client calls professionally and promptly.
- Act as the first point of contact for Australian clients, providing a friendly and professional customer experience.
- Record and update client details and bookings into our system accurately.
- Work closely with the Australian operations team to support day-to-day business.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service/reception/call center (BPO) roles.
- Excellent spoken English with clear accent and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably during early-morning shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call handling systems.
