Job Responsibilities

Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
Investigate historical data for each debt or bill.
Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable.
Possibility of earning 100,000/= above.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Recovery Officer or similar role.
Minimum 06 months experience is required.
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
Fluent in English and Sinhala; Tamil will also be desirable.
