Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Western dishes according to the menu.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and quality dishes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a Western cuisine setting.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking methods and recipes.
- Relevant culinary qualifications are a plus.
