Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Western cuisine dishes.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Participate in inventory management and stock control.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Knowledge of Western cooking techniques and cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary trends.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
