Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain corporate records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings and minutes.
- Coordinate communication between the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Oversee administrative functions, including office management and support.
- Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Company Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
