Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues.
- Install and configure hardware components.
- Provide technical support to team members and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Passed G.C.E. O/L & A/L.
- Certificate/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Computer literacy with strong hardware knowledge.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Minimum 01 year of experience in a similar role.
- NVQ Level 2/3 will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
