About Us
Action Unity Lanka (Guarantee) Limited is a non-profit, Non-Government Organization engaged in Child and Youth Development interventions in Batticaloa & Mullaithivu District since 2011.
Objectives
- To categorize the growing need for digital transformation in formal education.
- To analyze and assess the current status of digital infrastructure in government schools.
- To specify educator competency for digital-based teaching and learning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct human resources analysis to understand skills, roles, capacity, and availability of personnel.
- Assess physical resources including facilities, equipment, infrastructure, and materials.
- Utilize digital tools for data collection, visualization, and analysis.
- Review the government plan regarding existing assessments related to IoT in education and professional development.
- Collect primary and secondary information.
- Prepare mid-review findings and draft reports with recommendations.
- Submit a final report.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital assessments or similar consultancy roles.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools and educational technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Timeline
The assignment is expected to be completed within 30 working days from signing the agreement based on a Terms of Reference (ToR).
