Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound & outbound client calls with professionalism.
- Provide accurate details on treatments, services, and promotions.
- Handle bookings, scheduling, and client follow-ups.
- Ensure a premium client service experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer service/contact center (experience in healthcare/skin & wellness will be an added advantage).
- Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury service environment.
- A/L qualification with Bio Science will be an added advantage.
