Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on overdue collections.
- Manage customer portfolio and handle inquiries.
- Conduct regular debtor follow-ups and ensure payment compliance.
- Resolve invoice issues and facilitate smooth payment collection.
- Generate invoices and meet targets.
- Make calls and visit customers when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Diploma or certificate course in a relevant field.
- Age limit: 25-35 years.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
