Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
