Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Support the sales and marketing functions through promotional campaigns.
- Engage in brand building and awareness activities.
- Manage call center operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Multitask and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a Professional Qualification in SLIM/CIM or an equivalent qualification.
- 3 years of total experience in the marketing field (with a minimum of 1 year in a similar capacity).
- Hands-on experience in brand building, promotional campaigns (indoor, outdoor, and social media), and supporting sales functions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge in designing software will be an added advantage.
