- Manage multiple chats while maintaining service quality.
- Follow escalation procedures when necessary.
Requirements
- Excellent command of Tamil and English or Hindi.
- Fast typing speed (30-50+ WPM) with strong attention to detail.
- Friendly, patient, and solution-focused attitude.
- Punctual, reliable, and composed during high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts (Day/Night).
