Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products, orders, and policies.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales support.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Must be able to work full time on-site in Borelasgamuwa.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- A friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with website operations and online order handling will be an advantage.
- Sinhala and Tamil language proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
