Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and targets.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Prior Call Center or Customer Care experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on a roster, 6 days a week (including weekends).
- Target-oriented and a strong team player.
