Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage shipping documentation with accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate import/export shipments to ensure seamless operations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries with prompt and effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and shipping regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Logistics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ERP experience is an added advantage).
- Valid driver's license & willingness to travel.
