Key Responsibilities

- Follow quality standards and SOPs to ensure excellent service.
- Handle VIP requests and difficult complaints promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with mid to high-end tour operators from the European market.
- Grow and maintain customer and agent portfolios through trust and clear communication.
- Oversee the full client journey from planning to after-travel follow-up.
- Prepare budgets, track profits, and manage costs for better client value.
- Supervise operations such as luxury hotel bookings and special arrangements.
- Lead crisis support during travel changes, emergencies, or unexpected issues.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Proven ability to create high-end, tailor-made itineraries.
- Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficient in travel software and digital platforms for itinerary planning.
- Well-versed in global travel trends, especially in European markets.
- A proactive team player with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
