Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, and content to ensure accuracy and consistency of product information, images, and descriptions across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and smooth customer service.
- Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets on the e-commerce platform.
- Assist in planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders promptly and professionally.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the overall online customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in E Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SEO/Google Analytics.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
