Responsibilities
- Design and optimize the 2G/3G/4G/5G Radio network.
- Conduct radio planning and optimization to troubleshoot and improve KPIs.
- Investigate and resolve network quality issues.
- Provide expert support to customers.
- Collaborate with Project Managers for Cluster optimization and launches.
- Ensure all tasks meet customer expectations and maintain high network performance.
Requirements
- BSc Engineering Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.
- 1-5 years of experience in Network Planning & Optimization.
- Knowledge of GSM/UMTS Base Station Subsystem/Optimization.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
