Key Responsibilities
Engineer - Telecommunications (Colombo)
- Manage and execute telecommunication infrastructure projects (installation, commissioning & maintenance).
- Coordinate with operators, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform technical evaluations, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and EHS standards.
Technical Officer - Telecommunications (Colombo/Matara)
- Assist in planning, implementation, and supervision of telecommunication infrastructure projects.
- Carry out site surveys, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports, technical documentation, and project updates.
- Support project engineers to ensure quality, timelines, and EHS compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
For Engineer Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication / Electrical / Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
- 1-3 years' experience in telecommunication projects (Fresh graduates with high potential are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
For Technical Officer Position
- Higher National Diploma (HND), NDT, NDES, or equivalent in Telecommunication / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- 1-2 years' experience in telecom projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of RF / Transmission will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
