Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an Engineering Executive. This role involves supervising technical teams, managing maintenance activities, and ensuring equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate engineering foremen and technicians; provide technical guidance and resolve issues.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Manage work orders and maintenance records in SAP; generate performance reports.
- Liaise with suppliers and Procurement for spare parts, services, and performance evaluation.
- Drive process improvements, cost reduction, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean, TPM).
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards; maintain accurate documentation and support audits.
- Report maintenance progress, challenges, and improvement initiatives; align with Production and Quality requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- HND / NDT / IET / NVQ Level 5 or 6, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years’ experience in maintenance/engineering within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Supervisory experience with technical teams; strong exposure to preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Familiarity with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) or similar CMMS; supplier/vendor management knowledge.
Skills & Competencies
- Technical expertise in mechanical/electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and specifications.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills (English).
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset focused on efficiency and cost savings.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations; continuous improvement orientation (Lean, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma preferred).
