Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of examination materials.
  • Coordinate exam scheduling and ensure all candidates are informed.
  • Help in the setup and organization of exam venues.
  • Ensure adherence to exam protocols and monitor the exam environment.
  • Assist in the collection, distribution, and storage of exam papers.
  • Support the processing and documentation of results.

Requirements

  • Minimum: A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: A bachelor's degree in education, administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in education, exam coordination, or administrative management is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (e.g., proficiency with Microsoft Office).
  • Understanding of confidentiality regarding exam papers and student information.
