Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of examination materials.
- Coordinate exam scheduling and ensure all candidates are informed.
- Help in the setup and organization of exam venues.
- Ensure adherence to exam protocols and monitor the exam environment.
- Assist in the collection, distribution, and storage of exam papers.
- Support the processing and documentation of results.
Requirements
- Minimum: A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: A bachelor's degree in education, administration, or a related field.
- Experience in education, exam coordination, or administrative management is an advantage.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g., proficiency with Microsoft Office).
- Understanding of confidentiality regarding exam papers and student information.
