Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain service agreements, reports, and other official documents.
  • Draft memos, circulars, and internal communications related to security operations.
  • Coordinate with Security Officers, OICs (Officers-in-Charge), and clients to ensure daily security deployment runs smoothly.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company for operational matters.
  • Update and manage company social media accounts.
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong documentation, drafting, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic social media management.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
