Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain service agreements, reports, and other official documents.
- Draft memos, circulars, and internal communications related to security operations.
- Coordinate with Security Officers, OICs (Officers-in-Charge), and clients to ensure daily security deployment runs smoothly.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company for operational matters.
- Update and manage company social media accounts.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong documentation, drafting, and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic social media management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
