Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify workforce needs and drive the recruitment and selection process.
- Support employee training and development initiatives and track learning progress.
- Handle HRIS updates, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining up-to-date employee information.
- Manage payroll, manpower planning, and cost reporting to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Foster employee engagement by addressing grievances and conducting meaningful exit interviews.
- Deliver HR services in a digitalized environment swiftly.
- Travel to multiple locations and work flexible hours as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification (CIPM/SHRM).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and exposure to digital HR systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaborate with teams at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of labor laws, health & safety standards, and HR best practices.
