Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
- 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in banking or finance.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Fluent in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and HRIS.
- Age below 35.
