Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment, systems, and facilities are properly maintained and functional.
- Supervise and guide office assistants to ensure smooth, efficient, and productive office operations.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute maintenance tasks in coordination with the team, addressing urgent needs and long-term maintenance objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance contracts, and procurement of required tools and materials.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, schedules, and inventory for effective resource management.
- Assist management in developing and implementing maintenance strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance operations and team management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office.
- Basic understanding of air conditioning repairs, minor electrical maintenance, furniture upkeep, and other office maintenance tasks.
- Capability to work with minimal supervision.
- A strong team player with a proactive attitude.
