- Handle Inbound Call Center operations with top-notch service (40%)
- Generate corporate leads & support B2B sales (10%)
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Experience in E-commerce, call centers, or sales preferred
- Ability to multitask & problem solve efficiently
- IT literacy (MS Office / CRM tools)
