  • Manage & grow the VC Online Store (50%)
  • Handle Inbound Call Center operations with top-notch service (40%)
  • Generate corporate leads & support B2B sales (10%)

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Experience in E-commerce, call centers, or sales preferred
  • Ability to multitask & problem solve efficiently
  • IT literacy (MS Office / CRM tools)
