Job Role

  • Prepare professional presentations for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Sales Meetings.
  • Coordinate stock availability with manufacturing/planning teams and monitor inventory levels.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain customer-specific budgets.
  • Collect necessary documentation and product listing details from customers.
  • Generate reports on sales initiatives and monthly year-over-year (YOY) performance.
  • Compile team sales incentive data in accordance with company policy.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Department for timely resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Prepare analytical sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Track sales promotions and associated costs to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Monitor merchandising investments and related expenditures.
  • Track and report on share of shelf metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of Account Plans.
  • Organize and participate in corporate and promotional events.
  • Other projects or tasks as requested by Management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Passionate about making a positive impact in Sri Lanka.
  • Professional qualification from SLIM or a higher national diploma is preferred; a Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in sales operations or related functions; or 5 years of relevant experience with a Higher National Diploma.
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & MS 365.
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills.
