Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Assist in organizing events and trade shows to promote our services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in logistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil is a plus.
