Responsibilities:
- Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) within 48 hours.
- Issue materials to the production floor promptly.
- Segregate materials as running, deactivated, and liability.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in the ERP system.
- Promote a positive working environment and manage employee issues.
- Recruit, select, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Manage warehouse operations, including housekeeping and inventory accuracy.
- Communicate effectively and lead the team.
- Utilize Excel and ERP systems proficiently.
- Work under pressure with multitasking skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Management/Supply Chain.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in materials management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
