About Us
GVR Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, owned by Serendip Investment Group LLC (Phoenix, Arizona), is the developer of Dynasty Residence, the tallest high-end lifestyle apartment complex in Kandy. Our project is the first mixed-use development in Sri Lanka approved for both residential and serviced apartments, built to international standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Oversee facility operations and manage staff, including security and janitorial services.
- Ensure compliance with local government and international regulations.
- Maintain the facility to a Five-Star Hotel standard.
- Utilize computer skills in MS Office, MS Projects, AutoCAD, and programming languages.
- Provide training and guidance to the facility team to optimize productivity.
Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in condominiums or large-scale hotel sectors.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to manage a diverse team.
