APEX Shared Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Colombo. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive financial strategy to support our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
