McLarens Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Colombo. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
