Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to guide business decisions.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
  • Implement credit control policies and oversee collections.
  • Handle tax planning, final accounts, and statutory returns (PAYE, EPF/ETF, Stamp Duty).
  • Administer accounting and payroll software accurately and efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA, CMA, or CIMA - mandatory).
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure.
