Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to guide business decisions.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure financial sustainability.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
- Implement credit control policies and oversee collections.
- Handle tax planning, final accounts, and statutory returns (PAYE, EPF/ETF, Stamp Duty).
- Administer accounting and payroll software accurately and efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA, CMA, or CIMA - mandatory).
- At least 5 years of experience in finance leadership.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure.
