We're seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Team Lead to oversee daily operations at our café/restaurant. The ideal candidate is service-driven, passionate about hospitality, and able to lead by example to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the front of house team.
- Ensure professional, attentive customer service.
- Assist with training, scheduling, and shift coordination.
- Manage reservations, seating, and service flow.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards.
- Oversee inventory of beverage counter and bakery display items.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory/front of house experience (hospitality/F&B preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
