Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator in Business Operations who is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and possesses strong analytical skills to join our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining operational documents.
  • Coordinate with top management and associates to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare correspondence and other related documents.
  • Follow up on deadlines and ensure compliance with agreed timelines.
  • Utilize Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint effectively.

Requirements

  • Professional Qualification in Management, Merchandising Planning, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Merchandising Planner or Logistics Coordinator is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to maintain documentation and follow up on tasks.
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferably a female candidate below the age of 40.
