Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator in Business Operations who is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and possesses strong analytical skills to join our organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining operational documents.
- Coordinate with top management and associates to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare correspondence and other related documents.
- Follow up on deadlines and ensure compliance with agreed timelines.
- Utilize Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint effectively.
Requirements
- Professional Qualification in Management, Merchandising Planning, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- Experience as a Merchandising Planner or Logistics Coordinator is an advantage.
- Proven ability to maintain documentation and follow up on tasks.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferably a female candidate below the age of 40.
