Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the resort to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets.
- Coordinate with various departments to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
