Guest Relations Manager
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to host for every guest and keep the smiles flowing.
- Solve problems with care and speed, even on busy days.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Events for seamless stays.
- Spotlight our amenities and partner experiences.
- Prep clear reports for management and guide the daily rota.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Guest Relations (or similar).
- Hospitality background or related studies.
- Calm, hands-on leadership and standout service skills.
- Confident with MS Office (Excel/Word), Google Drive & Management Software.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
