Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes that meet our standards.
- Develop and update the menu with seasonal and innovative dishes.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen operations and costs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management.
- Ability to create and execute a diverse menu.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
